R einig het apparaat grondig om eventuele fabricageresten te verwijderen. Zie ‘Reiniging en onderhoud’. 3. S chakel het apparaat de eerste keer bij wijze van uitzondering in zonder de pan op de verwarmingsplaat. Verwarm het onder voortdurend toezicht gedurende 15 minuten op de hoogste stand. Hierbij kan een lichte geur en rookontwikkeling voorkomen. Dit is niet schadelijk voor mensen en slechts van korte duur.
  • Page 5 Handleiding 9. U kunt behalve fondue-olie ook bouillon of kaas gebruiken. Kaasfonduen is zeer smakelijk, maar u kunt er geen vleesproducten mee garen. Voor kaasfondue stelt u een lagere temperatuur in dan voor fonduen met olie of bouillon. • Gebruik alleen metalen hulpmiddelen met een goed warmte-isolerend handvat in de olie. • Z org ervoor dat de producten goed droog zijn voordat u ze frituurt. Vochtige producten kunnen de hete olie of vet hevig doen opspatten. • W ees uiterst voorzichtig bij het vullen en legen van de fonduepan en bij het verwijderen en plaatsen van de anti-spatrand. De binnenzijde van de spatrand en de pan zijn erg heet en de hete damp, vet- of oliespetters kunnen brandwonden veroorzaken. reiniging en onderHoud - reiniging pan 1. Laat de pan eerst goed afkoelen en verwijder de olie uit de pan. 2. Verwijder de resterende olie met behulp van absorberend keukenpapier. 3. R einig de binnenkant en eventueel de buitenkant van de pan, de vorkprikkers en de anti-spatrand grondig met heet water, afwasmiddel en een niet schurende spons. Droog ze vervolgens grondig.

Für Käsefondue stellen Sie eine niedrigere Temperatur ein als für ein Fondue mit Öl oder Bouillon. • Verwenden Sie im Öl nur metallische Hilfsmittel mit einem guten wärmeisolierenden Griff. • S orgen Sie dafür, dass die Produkte richtig trocken sind bevor Sie diese für das Fondue verwenden. Feuchte Produkte können das heiße Öl oder Fett stark zum Aufspritzen bringen.

Fourchettes (8) fonctionneMent - Avant la première utilisation 1. Enlevez l’emballage. 2. N ettoyez l’appareil à fond pour le débarrasser d’éventuels restes de fabrication. Voir ‘Nettoyage et entretien’. 3. M ettez l’appareil en marche une première fois, exceptionnellement, sans poser le bain sur la plaque chauffante. Chauffez la plaque pendant 15 minutes, réglage maximum, en la surveillant sans cesse.

À part la fondue bourguignonne, à l’huile, vous pouvez faire la fondue chinoise, avec du bouillon, ou la fondue classique, avec du fromage. La fondue de fromage classique est délicieuse, mais ne permet pas de faire cuire des aliments, vous n’y plongez que du pain. Pour la fondue de fromage, la température sera sensiblement plus basse que pour la fondue bourguignonne ou chinoise. • D ans l’huile, n’utilisez des accessoires métalliques que s’ils ont une poignée isolant bien la chaleur. • L es aliments à frire doivent être bien secs au moyen d’être plongés dans la friteuse. Un aliment humide fera gicler violemment la friture brûlante. • F aites très attention lorsque vous remplissez et videz la friteuse, et lorsque vous montez et démontez le rebord anti-éclaboussures. L’intérieur du rebord antiéclaboussures et l’intérieur du bain sont brûlants, et les vapeurs et les éclaboussures d’huile peuvent causer des brûlures.

C lean the appliance thoroughly to remove any manufacturing residues (see ‘Cleaning and maintenance’). 3. W hen using the appliance for the first time, switch on without the pan on the heating plate (do not do this otherwise). Allow the appliance to heat, under constant supervision, for 15 minutes. A little smoke may be emitted, and the appliance might emit a slight odour. This is not harmful to humans, and will not last long.

When using cheese you will need to set the fondue set to a lower temperature than for oil or bouillon. • Use only metal implements with a suitable insulating handle in the oil. • Make sure that the food is thoroughly dry before you fry it. Moist products can cause severe splashing of the hot oil or fat. • Take extreme care when filling and emptying the fondue pan, and when removing and fitting the anti-splash rim. The inside of the anti-splash rim and the pan are both very hot; the hot vapours and splashes of fat or oil can also cause burns. cleAning And MAintenAnce - cleaning the bowl 1. Allow the bowl to cool down completely, and then remove the oil from the bowl. 2. Remove the remaining oil using absorbent paper kitchen towel. 3. C lean the inside and outside (if necessary) of the pan, the forks and the antisplash rim with hot water to which a little washing-up liquid has been added; do NOT use scourers. Then dry them thoroughly. 4. The pan, anti-splash rim and forks can also be cleaned in a dishwasher. cleAning And MAintenAnce - cleaning the housing 1. Turn the thermostat dial fully anticlockwise, and remove the plug from the wall socket. 2. Wait until the heating plate has cooled down sufficiently.

    istruzioni per l’uso La giusta temperatura sarà stata raggiunta quando il liquido di cottura bolle leggermente. Se il liquido di cottura non bolle, ciò significa che la temperatura è troppo bassa; viceversa, se il liquido di cottura bolle troppo intensamente, ciò significa che la temperatura è troppo elevata. 8. U na volta terminato l’utilizzo del prodotto, ruotare il termostato regolabile completamente verso sinistra (posizione di spento). Disinserire quindi la spina dalla presa di rete. La spia luminosa si disattiverà. 9. O ltre allo speciale olio per fonduta, è altresì possibile utilizzare formaggio o brodo. La fonduta al formaggio è squisita, ma non prevede la preparazione di altri cibi, come per es. la carne. Qualora si desideri preparare la fonduta al formaggio, è necessario regolare l’apparecchio su una temperatura minore rispetto a quella che si imposta per la fonduta con olio o con brodo.

    9. L a garantía no concede derecho a reclamar indemnización alguna por daños, diferente a la sustitución o reparación, respectivamente, de las partes defectuosas.
