You can charge the SOLGAARD SOLARBANK Juicepack using a USB connection. It is recommended to fully charge it via USB first, then use solar charging to keep it topped up.

High Speed Charger Normal Charger Full Charge: approx 6hrs Full Charge: approx 10hrs From full - Solarbank holds 6 full charges for a brand new smartphone. Press the Power button to check battery level. = Full battery. = Time to charge up! The upper large USB port will charge at 1a output, the lower USB port will charge at high speed 2.4a output.

We suggest to charge fully via USB, then solar keeps your powerbank topped up. 2 hours of good light per day and a 50% smartphone top up = endless power. To charge Solarbank from 0-100% takes around 30 hours of ideal sunlight.

Connect AUX cable to disable Bluetooth mode and enter AUX mode. We’ve made Solarbank as simple as possible for use. The single button function makes it very easy. Also, because of the massive battery, it means you’ll get over 100 hours of playback time via Bluetooth even if you don’t get any solar power.

If none of the above is working, press and hold the on/off button for 3 seconds to reset the Solarbank. You will need to tell your phone to ‘forget this device’ in order to re-establish a connection between your device and your Solarbank.
