The Pin No.6 of IC609 has a
square wave output.
Check the power of U10, soldering and

replace of IC102.

Check the power of IC609, GND, soldering
and replace of IC609.

After correct insertion of
FFC to Connector, then retest.
The spindle motor rotates.
IC609 8PIN
continues to show
voltage changes as RPM changes.
(Moves above and below VREF)
