CONDITION
CAUSE
5.Needle
1.Needle is hitting the needle

strongly while sewing.

1.Backlash between shuttle hook

3.Inappropriate belt tension.
4.Upper shaft gear is loose

7.Deformation
1.Inappropriate zigzag

HOW TO FIX
See mechanical adjustment

Change the needle.

Guide the fabric gently while
sewing.

Eliminate the looseness.
