    EMISSION WARRANTY - CALIFORNIA CALIFORNIA EMISSION CONTROL WARRANTY STATEMENT YOUR WARRANTY RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS The California Air Resources Board and Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd. (herein “FUJI”) are pleased to explain the emis- sion control system warranty on your 2001 and later small off-road engine (herein “engine”). In California, the engine must be designed, built and equipped to meet the State’s stringent anti-smog standards.
