Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise WARNUNG Die Installation darf nur durch geschultes Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden. Installationen nur im spannungslosen Zustand vornehmen. Dafür z.B. die Batterie vom Bordnetz trennen, beachten Sie dabei bitte die Vorgaben des Fahrzeugherstellers. • Verwenden Sie niemals sicherheitsrelevante Schrauben, Bolzen oder sonstige Befestigungspunkte an Lenkung, Bremssystem oder anderen Komponenten, um Ihre eigene Fahrsicherheit nicht zu gefährden. -

Setzen Sie das Gerät keiner starken Sonnenbestrahlung oder anderen starken Hitzeeinwirkungen aus! Montieren Sie das Gerät nie in der Nähe von oder gar über Radiatoren, Warmluftschläuchen oder anderen Wärmequellen. Sorgen Sie für genügend Luftzirkulation um Schäden an den Gerätekomponenten zu vermeiden. -

Den grauen Stecker des Kabelsatzes an der Rückseite des Navigationssystems (1) einstecken. Den jeweiligen Geräte Kabelsatz (z.B. 670846) mit dem Fahrzeugkabelsatz (670845) und über die beiliegende Y-Leitung mit dem Fernbedienungseingang des Endgeräts verbinden. Durch die Y-Leitung kann auch das original Infrarot Auge des Endgerätes weiterhin benutzt werden. -

Dualbetrieb eines DVB-T Tuners und DVD Players Hierzu ist der optional erhältliche Kabelsatz nötig. Die Umschaltung des Fernbedienungscodes erfolgt mittels Langem Tastendruck (min. 2 sec.) auf das rechte Poti (3 bzw. 7). Um aktuell erkennen zu können welcher Fernbedienungscode gerade aktiv ist, wird dies bei Fahrzeugen mit vorhandenem FIS im Audiomenü des Tachodisplays angezeigt: DVBT bzw. -

General safety instructions WARNINGS Installation requires special knowledge. Do not install the unit yourself. For safe and reliable installation, consult a dealer having special knowledge. Installation may only be done during idle status. Disconnect the battery from the car´s electrical system, for example. -

If smoking, abnormal sound or peculiar smell happens, disconnect the power source. Stop using this unit. Protect the unit against any kind of heat. Never mount it close to heat sources. This product should never be placed near or over a radiator or under the sun. This product should not be placed in a built-in installation such as a bookcase or rack unless proper ventilation is provided. -

Connect the grey plug from cable kit with the jack in the rear (1) of the head unit. Connect the respective device cable kit (e.g. 670846) and the vehicle cable kit (670845) via the enclosed Y-cable with the remote control input from the video device. Due to the Y-cable, the original IR eye can be used further on. -

Activating the AV input While pressing the “CD/TV” key (1), the “source” menu is indicated. With another press on the upper right key (2), located above the rotary knob (3), the now shown menu offers the new added menu point “TV”. Access to this can be achieved by turning and pressing the knob for selection. -
