Note: Most technical calls received are due to installers using CAT5 or alarm cable to power the doorbell. Neither are rated to carry enough power (1.5-amp peak). Indoor Chime 10.1 General Features • A er pressing smart video doorbell’s call bu on, smartphone and indoor chime rings simultaneously. • Smart video doorbell and indoor chime uses 433 MHz frequency for their connec on, no need of wiring. - Page 11 Tejovat Technologies 10.2 Code Opera on 1. Answer: If you missed the device Admin password then reset the doorbell. Please note that all your previous se ngs will be reset to factory default mode.
