description of the problem you are encountering with the appliance.
We want you to obtain maximum enjoyment from using this PRESTO

To preheat CAUTION! It is normal for steam to escape from the cover vents during frying. To prevent steam burns, keep well away from the vents. 1. Close the fryer cover. Do not use steel wool scouring pads on the removable pot or the cool-touch base. To Sometimes my fryer won’t heat up or it stops working while I’m frying.
