Always check that the power supply corresponds to the voltage on the rating plate. Always unplug the appliance when not in use. Supply Cord and Plug Always unplug from mains supply when not in use.

    Damaged or Dropped Always inspect your appliance before use. Check parts are correctly attached. Do not use this appliance if it has been damaged, dropped, left outdoors or dropped in water. Return it to an authorised service dealer for examination and repair BEFORE FIRST USE The non-stick surface inside the frypan must be cleaned and conditioned before using the frypan.
  • Page 5 Operating Instructions Always attach temperature controller to frypan first. Firmly insert the controller into the socket located on the frypan beneath the handle insuring that the temperature control dial is on top, then plug the cord into to a suitably earthed 220-240V ~ 50Hz supply socket. After cooking and serving, turn temperature controller to "OFF", and unplug from wall outlet.
  • Page 6 Stir-frying Stir-fried dishes are prepared by continually stirring and turning until the ingredients are done. Only a little oil is required; the pan is set to a high temperature. Put the meat or fish in the pan, and turn it repeatedly until it is about three-quarters done. You can then add the further ingredients, such as carrots, onions, mushrooms, courgettes, and/or a little thin sauce, etc., and continue cooking until the meat or fish is done.

    MAINTENANCE & CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS Regular maintenance of your appliance will keep it safe and in proper operational order. Clean after Every Use Before Cleaning After using the frypan, let it cool by itself. Do not pour cold water into frypan while it is hot or immerse hot frypan into cold water as this will lead to warping.
  • Page 8 RECIPES PAELLA RECIPE Ingredients for 3 servings: 1/2 tablespoon olive oil, 100 gram chicken breast, 50 gram pork ribs, 1/2 small onion chopped very finely, 1/2 clove of garlic, 100 gram fresh squid, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika powder, 1/2 ripe pureed tomato, 200 gram rice, 1/2 teaspoon of saffron powder, 550 ml fish or chicken bouillon, salt and, if so required, a few shrimps or pieces of lobster.
  • Page 9 3. Halve the king prawns, and cook them; turn them whilst cooking. Set the thermostat back to position 1 and add the fish bouillon. 4. Bring to the boil. Clean the spring onions, and cut into approximately 8 cm lengths. Poach the spinach and the spring onions in the bouillon.

Marinade: 100 ml olive oil, 2 halved cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 100ml of cognac, 1/2 of a small sprig of thyme, 1/2 of a small sprig of rosemary, 1 leaf of fresh sage, 1 leaf of fresh laurel, pepper and salt, 50 grams of black olives and 50 grams of green olives.
