Charcoal Filter Installation Methods NOTE: The charcoal filters might preinstalled if you purchased the range hood with re-circulating kit from us. Remove grease filter on hood. Position the charcoal filters onto each side of the motor and turn until it locks. Re-install aluminum filters. Charcoal filters should be replaced after 120 hours of use (or approximately every 2 to 3 months based on the average of 1 to 2 hours of daily cooking time). -
