Hi, I was given an Acer notebook model ZA3 by a family member who longer needed it. I can get it to the users password page, but it won't let me get past the password page so I can pull up the desktop in order to get to the desktop.

How can I get the desktop? Do I have to restore it to the factory settings? If so, how do I get to where I can do that? My family member who had it before me can't remember her password, can you help me?
    Thank you very much!!
