INSTALLATION • It is recommended that 2 people unpack and install the appliance. • The appliance must be positioned on a firm, level, solid floor, which is strong enough to support the freezer when it is fully loaded. • Ensure that a minimum of 15cm of space is left at the back and sides of the appliance, to allow for proper ventilation.

Temperature Control The temperature control is located at the front bottom right hand corner of the appliance. The dial can be set between ‘1’ and ‘6’. A higher setting creates a colder temperature inside the freezer compartment. Adjust the temperature control to the setting that best suits your needs.
Energy Saving Tips • Position the chest freezer in as cool a location as possible, out of direct sunlight and away from heat producing appliances. • Do not set the temperature control to a higher setting than is necessary. • Seal food bags and dry food containers before placing them in the freezer. This cuts down on frost build-up inside the freezer.
