2. 組立編 Assembly 1. ODUの取付位置について 1. ODU installing position 実際に取付ける前に目的に応じてODUの取付け高さを設定します。 取付け高さが高い 通常H = 0∼10 mm → ODUが水中に沈む量が少なくなる ・メリット スピードがアップします。（注）船底等の形状により変化します。 ・デメリット キャビテーションやベンチレーション（空転現象）が発生しやすくなります。 特にラダーを切った場合に多く発生します。 取付け高さが低い 通常H = 10∼20 mm → ODUが水中に沈む量が多くなる ・メリット 低速時にラダーを切った場合でも、キャビテーションやベンチレーションが発生しにくく なります。 ・デメリット スピードがダウンします。 キャビテーション… プロペラの圧力の低い部分が気化し、気泡が発生し、非常に短時間でつぶれること。 （空洞現象） 推進力がダウンします。 ベンチレーション… プロペラの回転により、水面から空気が入り込み、プロペラが空回りすること。 （空転現象） 推進力がダウンします。 特にラダーを切った場合に多く発生します。... - Page 11 2.
