    BDEX1996.0 BEFORE YOU BEGIN • A flat area of 5’ x 4’ will be required to assemble and properly use the BF Stationary Bike. • For your benefit, read this manual carefully before using the BF Stationary Bike. Please review the exploded diagram and familiarize yourself with the parts that are labeled.

    BDEX1996.0 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 3 Insert the Seat Post (12) into the Frame (13), and align one of the adjustment holes in the Seat Post with the indicated hole in the Frame. Next, insert the Seat Post Knob (18) into the Frame and the Seat Post, and turn the Seat Post Knob clockwise until it is tight.
