    Before You Start Thank you for purchasing this new Upright Bike! This quality product you have chosen was designed to meet your needs for cardiovascular exercise. Before you start, please read the Owner's Manual and become familiar with the operation of your new unit. Remember to take the time to perform the stretching exercises provided to avoid injury.

    Assembly Instruction REMOVE ALL SECURITY TAPE AND WRAPPING BEFORE BEGINNING FIGURE 1 Attach Foot Tubes (5 & 6) to Main Frame (1) using : Qty 4 – (47) Carriage Bolt Qty 4 – (65) Washer Qty 4 – (62) Nut Cap Make sure that the Front Foot Tube (5) with Transport Wheels (36) and Rear Foot Tube (6) with Foot Caps (37) are assembled to the Main Frame securely.
  • Page 7 Assembly Instruction FIGURE 2 Turn Locking Knob (24) counterclockwise to loosen a little , then pull it backward to hold on; at the same time slide the Seat Post (3) into Main Frame (1) , last release Locking Knob (24) to spring into the hole of Seat Post and secured by turning it clockwise.

Note: Right Pedal (72) is marked with an “R”. Step 2: Thread the Left Pedal (73) into the hole of Left Crank(26). Secure in place by turning it counter-clockwise to tighten.

Note: The 4PCS Screws(12) will already be installed into the back side of Monitor (31) when you remove it from the box.

    Console Overview The things you should know before exercise --Make usre the rechargeable battery has been installed into the back side of the conole as the above diagram. A. Press ENTER key to set up the values of TARGET WATT, TIME, DISTANCE and CALORIES. During the exercise mode, the level of resistance is not adjustable. For example, the level of resistance may increase while the speed is too slow.
  • Page 20 Error Message: 1 (ERROR 1): Normal state: During workout, when the monitor did not get the count signal from the gear motor more than 4 seconds and check under successive 3 times then the LCD will show E1. Power on state: The gear motor will return to zero automatically, when the signal of motor cannot be detected for more than 4 seconds then the gear motor’s driver will be cut off immediately and show the E1 on the LCD display.

The American Heart Association (AHA) defines this target as 60%-75% percent of your maximum heart rate. Your maximum heart rate may be roughly calculated by subtracting your age from 220.
