15. Updating Firmware

During the lifespan of the Popcorn Hour A-500, we will continue to develop and
improve on the firmware. To receive the latest update, you just have to update the
firmware online or via a downloaded firmware package.
Automatic Update
"If you have enabled the "Check for firmware update" option in the Preferences
section of the Setup menu, the system will automatic prompt you whenever there is a
new firmware update available.
The system will automatically download the latest firmware from our server and update
your device accordingly.
IMPORTANT: It is recommended that before the firmware update you do a complete
power cycle of the device. This will ensure that the system is prepared for firmware
update process.
