6. O QUE NÃO ESTÁ COBERTO POR ESSA GARANTIA:
A. Garantias implícitas, incluindo aquelas de comercialização e ADEQUAÇÃO PARA FINS PARTICULARES, ESTÃO LIMITADAS
A PARTIR DA DATA ORIGINAL DE COMPRA CONFORME O PARÁGRAFO SOBRE A DURAÇÃO. Se esse produto for usado
para fins comerciais, industriais ou de locação, a garantia é válida por noventa (90) dias a partir da data de compra. Em
alguns estados não são permitidos limites de duração de garantias implícitas, portanto esses limites acima podem não
ser aplicáveis ao seu caso.
B. QUALQUER PERDA, DANO OU GASTO INCIDENTAL, INDIRETO, OU CONSEQÜENTE QUE POSSA RESULTAR DE UM
DEFEITO, FALHA OU MAU FUNCIONAMENTO DO PRODUTO CAMPBELL HAUSFELD. Em alguns estados não é permitida

C. Qualquer falha que resulte de um acidente, abuso, negligência ou descumprimento das instruções de funcionamento e
uso indicados nos manuais do usuário fornecidos com o produto. Esses acidentes, abusos por parte do comprador,
negligência ou falha em operar os produtos em conformidade com as instruções também devem incluir a retirada ou
alteração de quaisquer dispositivos de segurança. Se esses dispositivos de segurança forem retirados ou alterados, essa
garantia torna-se cancelada.
