    Troubleshooting Problem: The unit does not respond, the red LED on the receiver is OFF. Solution: Connection between the receiver and the computer is not good. Insert the receiver to the USB port firmly. Problem: The unit does not respond, the green LED on the receiver is blinking. Solution: Replace new battery for the controller.
