1. Does the product support firmware updates?
 Yes. The product is firmware update compatible. If there are any updates to the firmware, Mad Catz will
release a firmware update application to update the product.
2. Can the Profile button be programmed?
 No. The profile button is locked off from being programmed – and is there to cycle memory slots.
3. Can I set a custom profile to be active when my PC boots up?
 Yes. By nature of how the onboard memory works, once a profile has been uploaded to the RAT, it will always
be active when the memory slot is selected. So, if you have a custom profile for Windows or your favourite
application, just switch to the right memory slot, and the RAT will be ready to go.
4. Can the D.P.I., and other product settings be set per profile?
 Yes. RAT settings including D.P.I. and Poll Rate can be set to be different depending on the game or application
you are using. Lift-Off and Indicator LED brightness are common settings, and remain the same regardless of
what profile is applied.
