Using Printer Settings
Check the printer settings and change the settings as needed.
Refer to the printer user's manual for details on printer settings.
This section describes the printer settings for Windows. For Macintosh, the
printer setting screen is dependent on the OS.
Description
Left, Right, The default setting is 25 mm (1 inch) for paper larger
Upper,
than A4, and 10 mm (0.4 inch) for smaller.
Lower
Header/ The default setting is 15 mm (0.6 inch) from the top and
Footer
bottom edges.
Specifies the number of copies to print.
Position Sets header/footer position. Select from Do Not Print
(Default), Align left, Align center, and Align right.
Font Selects a font from the list. The default setting is the
standard system font.
Text Enter text to print for the header/footer.
Insert Page When this is clicked, [# Page number] is inserted at the
Number
cursor location in the Text field.
Insert No. of When this is clicked, [# Number of pages] is inserted at
Pages
the cursor location in the Text field.
Size Selects a font size from the list. The default setting is
10 point.
