    $1 coins, press BILLS or ENTER (with nothing on platform) to move to $1 bill mode. Annunciators tell you which mode you are in. TIP #2: MC-2000 should be used on a solid table surface with all leveling legs secure (so unit doesn’t “teeter”). Avoid heavy air drafts and table vibrations.

    Setup Functions Your MC-2000 is basically ready to use right out of the box. There are, however, certain user setup & support functions which allow adjustments best suited to your personal needs: WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU USE YOUR MC-2000 FOR A FEW DAYS, BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO CHANGE ANY FACTORY SETTINGS.

    4. To return to weighing mode, turn MC-2000 off, then turn back on. F1 - Calibration Your MC-2000 is basically ready to use right out of the box. There is no need to calibrate the unit unless you feel the MC-2000 has become inaccurate.

    F6 – Average Piece Weight (APW) adjustment If many denominations count high/low, you should re-calibrate the MC-2000 (F1), instead of adjusting individual average piece weights. Factory settings for denomi- nations are as follows. It is extremely unlikely that you will ever need to make any alterations.

    With “F9” on display, press TOTAL. Display shows “tA on”. The Factory setting adjusts for the weight of the coin scoop provided with your MC-2000. To adjust for another container, press Enter, display then shows “Zero”. Place empty coins scoop or cup to be used, then press ZERO.
