General Text Entry Rules

Press a number key repeatedly to cycle through its
characters. See the "Character Chart" on page 34.
Press a number
key as many
times as
necessary
to enter the
desired
character at
flashing cursor
location.
Press and hold
a number key
to cycle
between text
entry modes.
To
enter the remaining
characters
store the text when you are
finished
MSG:
CANCEL INSERT
Press up or
down to
change letter
in block cursor
to uppercase
or lowercase.
Press left or
right to move
flashing
cursor to the
left or right in
text message.
