To keep your scale in top working order, the following
preventative maintenance measures apply:
1. This scale contains no moving parts in the
weighing portion, so recalibration should
never be required.

If returning any components to the factory, please use
the original shipping containers designed for this
purpose.
You must call our service department
(630-653-3377 or 800-879-2001) for an RMA
(Returned Material Authorization) number, shipping
instructions and special address.

This will only cause delays and added expense to
you for the items to be reshipped to the factory in
