OPERATION AND USE BEFORE EACH USE CHECK HUMIDIFIER PLACEMENT - Place the Humidifier on elevated, waterproof, level surface for best performance. This is to help disperse the mist in the air, and prevent it from being knocked over or cause moisture damage to surface. DO NOT place Humidifier on top of a towel, or a carpeted surface. - Page 7 LCD DISPLAY SUPPORT BATTERIES The support batteries will save the clock and time. Once the unit is disconnected from the main power source the LCD display will go off but the batteries will allow the clock to keep operating Please Note: The humidifier can be operated without support batteries.
- Page 8 Operate LED Nightlight Press the FUNCTION to switch the LCD nightlight ON/OFF. NOTE: The LCD nightlight will also work when the mist is switched OFF. HOW TO OPERATE CYCLE FUNCTION The cycle function allows you to set the humidifier to cycle ON and OFF. For example: The humidifier is set to switch ON for one hour.

MAINTENANCE CAUTION: Always be sure that the appliance is unplugged and switched OFF before cleaning or attempting to store the item. NEVER PLUG OR UNPLUG UNIT WITH WET HANDS. DO NOT leave water in water tank or water basin when unit is not in use as it may result in the build up of mineral deposits and bacteria that can inhibit the output efficiency of the humidifier. -

6. Clean the inside of the water tank at least once a week, as follows: A. Fill the tank with clean water adding a few drops of bleach or white vinegar (approx. 1 teaspoon) with water solution. Close the tank completely with its cap and shake by holding the tank with both hands. -
