Adding a New Internal Phone Book Entry

Your phone can store up to 99 Internal Phone Book entries. Phone Book
entries can store up to a total of five phone numbers and the entry's name
can contain sixteen characters.
To add a new entry:
From the main menu, highlight
1.

Add New Entry
Enter a name for the entry or highlight

Enter a phone number and press

Highlight a label for the entry and press

To select an option, highlight it and press

After you have saved the number, the new Internal Phone Book entry is

Internal Phone Book Entry Options
When you display an Internal Phone Book entry, the following options are
displayed. To select an option, highlight it and press
to dial the phone number. (If you are roaming and have

Finding Internal Phone Book Entries
There are several ways to display your Internal Phone Book entries.
Follow the steps outlined in the sections below to display entries from the
Internal Phone Book menu.
Finding Names
You can review all the entries stored in your Internal Phone Book or find
an entry quickly by following these simple steps:

Scroll through the Internal Phone Book entries by pressing the 4-way

navigator up or down. To find a specific entry, enter the first letter of the
name or part of the name (such as "ave" for "Dave"). The more letters
you enter, the narrower your search becomes.

To dial the entry's default phone number, press

or right.
Shortcut:
From the main menu, press the 4-way navigator to the left to
display the Find Name feature.
