How do Stirling Engines work?
The following is the
mechanism of Stirling
engines.
①The thermal
expansion of air
pushes the piston to
the gear side.
②When the piston
reaches to the gear
side, the hot air is
pushed to the cold
side and get cold.
③The contraction of
air brings the piston
back to the hot side.
④Cool air is pushed
by the piston to the
hot side and
expands.
