The TG22 Ice Maker may not cycle automatically due to several possible causes:
1. Lack of Water – If the 'Add Water' indicator is on, the unit needs more water. Stop the ice maker, fill the water reservoir, and press the “Power” button to restart. 2. Too Much Ice – If the 'Ice' indicator is on, the ice basket is full. Remove some ice to allow the cycle to continue. 3. Ice Cubes Sticking Together – The ice cycle may be too long. Stop the machine, let the ice melt slightly, and restart. Selecting a smaller ice size may help. 4. High Water or Ambient Temperature – If the water temperature inside the tank is too high (above 30°C), or the ambient temperature is too warm, the machine may not cycle properly. Use colder water and ensure the room temperature is below 30°C. 5. Refrigerant Leak or Blocked Pipe – If no ice is being made despite a normal cycle, there may be a refrigerant leak or a blocked cooling system pipe. A qualified technician should inspect and repair the unit.

The "Ice Full" light may come on when the tray is empty due to a blocked or faulty sensor. Cleaning the sensor or checking for obstructions may resolve the issue. If the problem persists, a qualified technician should inspect the unit.
