There is no optimal ZQ, but Total Z Time to Z (time to fall asleep) – How long it took you to fall asleep. Zeo measures this from the (Total Time Sleeping) check out the Sleep Wheel to see what the typical ZQ moment you put on the headband till the moment you fall asleep and stay asleep for 10 minutes.
