According to VdS 3515 (smoke detectors with wireless communication) this device will automatically send alarm signals to all other POPP smoke detectors to turn on their siren. - Page 4 Wireless Alarm Meshing The wireless meshing is performed by secure exchange of alarm commands among all wireless POPP smoke detectors. In case an alarm (smoke or battery) is issued by one device, this very device will broadcast a respective alarm (using Alarm CC V2 encapsulated into security wrapper if applied) to all devices in range.
