If this is the first time connecting, wait until the blue and red LED flashes. Look for FT-PIN on phone and press PAIR. If you have previously paired the badge it will auto-pair. You will hear a "beep" when connected and the blue LED will flash every 5 seconds.
If FT-PIN does not appear in your phone or tablets device manager make sure you are in PAIR MODE by confirming that the RED and BLUE LED's are flashing at 2 second intervals. If you still do not see FT-PIN in the device manager recycle the unit by turning OFF and ON again.
