Gas
appliancescan cause minor exposure
to four of these substances,namely benzene,
carbonmonoxide,formaldehydeand soot,
causedprimarilyby the incompletecombustion
of naturalgas or 11 fuels.
Properly adjusteddryers will minimizeincomplete
combustion.Exposureto these substancescan be
minimizedfurtherby properlyventingthe dryers
to the outdoors.
