hopper won't load

1 comments:
Mr. Anderson
March 13, 2025

The hopper on the Maguire Products Weigh Scale Blender WSB may not load due to the following reasons:

1. Weigh bin not resting properly – The weigh bin must be properly and freely positioned on its platform.
2. Platform misalignment – The platform must rest correctly on the bolts protruding from the load cell enclosures.
3. Controller not calibrated – If the controller was never calibrated for the load cells or if a "CLEAR ALL" was performed, the weight readings may be incorrect.
4. Damaged load cells – If the load cells are damaged, they may not provide accurate weight readings.

To resolve the issue, ensure proper installation, calibration, and check for any physical damage to the load cells.
