CONTROL PANEL Temperature knob: the temperature choice is from low to 230°C. You could select desired temperature according to the practical situation. Function knob: select working modes. Plug the oven into outlet. - After re-assembling your oven, we recommend that you run it at the highest temperature (230 C) for approximately 15 minutes (without putting food inside oven) to eliminate any...
- Page 18 Operation of the Appliance How to Bake Operation: - Set the Temperature Control Knob to desired temperature. - Turn the function control to upper and/or lower heater - Place food to on the wire rack. - Turn the Time Control Knob to your desired cooking time. - To check or remove food, use the tray handle provided to help you slide the wire rack in and out.

All accessories should be washed in hot soapy water. The glass door can be wiped with a damp sponge and wiped dry with a paper or cloth towel.
