1) In case of failure, please contact the distributor or manufacturer. 2) If the remote control works, but the Control Unit fails to send SMS texts, switch the power of Control Unit off and switch it on after one minute. Test this system after another minute, or check the settings are correct and the GSM Signals are strong enough.
