    Getting Started Getting Started Slide the plate down and off the unit. Secure the Power Plug into the Vehicle’s 12V outlet.     Disconnect the Power Cable and remove the Ion Generator. if the Ion Generator is damaged or is in need of a replacement. If a replacement Ion Generator is needed, contact Dr. Mercola’s Customer Service Department at (847) 252-4355. Slide the plate down and off the unit.
