OBSERVED FAULT
Motor does not start
when heater is plugged
in, fan rotates slowly or
does not turn.

Binding pump rotor
Voltage to heater less than
85 VAC
Voltage to heater over 132
VAC
Shorted photocell wires or
defective photocell
REMEDY
If fan is hard to turn, see
Pump Rotor, page 16.
Voltage to heater should
be 105 to 132 VAC.
Voltage to heater should
be 105 to 132 VAC.
Correct wiring or replace
photocell.
