2.2 Configuring the web camera Click ‘Start’. Click ‘Programs’ or ‘All programs’. Click ‘EW1226 Webcam Utility’ to start the web camera software. Click ‘Options’ in the menu bar. Click ‘Video Capture Pin’. Select the preferred ‘Frame-rate’. Frame rate is the number of frames (pictures) the web camera shows every second. -
