Troubleshooting Chart

If you are experiencing a problem that is not listed in this chart, or have 
checked all the possible cause listed and you are still experiencing the 
problem, see your authorized dealer.
Problem
When switched on, the
machine will not start
working.
The motor stops
suddenly.
Fluctuating pressure.
The pump doesn't reach
the necessary pressure.
Water leaking from the
pump.

Storage

You must protect your unit from freezing temperatures.
• Failure to do so will permanently damage your pump and render your   
   unit inoperable.
• Freeze damage is not covered under warranty.
The temperature range for using this machine is 0ºC - 60ºC .
This machine must be stored in a frost free environment.
Cause
1. Plug is not well connected or electric socket
is faulty.
2. The main voltage is insufficient, lower than
minimum requirement.
1. Thermal safety switch is tripped due to
overheating.
1. Pump sucking air.
2. Valves are dirty, worn or stuck.
3. Pump seals worn out.
1. Water inlet filter is clogged.
2. Pump sucking air from connections or
hoses.
3. Suction/delivery valves are clogged or
worn out.
4. Lance nozzle incorrect or worn out.
1. Seals worn out.
NOTICE
Correction
1. Check plug, socket and fuses.
2. Check that the main voltage is adequate.
1. Check that the main voltage corresponds
to specifications. Switch off the unit and let
it cool for a few minutes.
1. Check that hoses and connections are
airtight.
2. Clean and replace or call dealer.
3. Clean and replace or call dealer.
1. Clean the water inlet filter.
2. Check that all the supply connections are
tight.
3. Check that the water feeding hose is not
leaking. Clear or replace valves.
4. Loosen and retighten regulation screw.
Check and replace.
