  • Page 2 Start by placing the 2 steel frames around the stove. One is for the bottom and on is meant to be placed on top. 1.) Install the lower frame first, it´s the one shown on the picture above. 2.) Lay it around the bottom of the stove, you can open the screws in the corners to detach the frame if it was delieverd completely assembled.
  • Page 3 4.) The upper frame is next. On the right side of the stove there are 2 pins which hold the side cover of the fittings in place. Remove those pins and then place the frame on top of the stove. 5.) The “teeth“...
  • Page 4 7.) Remove the lever of the fume flap before proceeding. Use the size 11 spanner to hold the long female screw in the middle in place. Then open the outher female screw with the size 13 spanner. 8.) Now remove the long female screw by repeating the step. Wallnöfer H.F.
  • Page 5 9.) Place the first insulating panel on the frames. Start with the small panel on the right side. The panels sit tight on the frames which means you may need to use some force to hook them in. 10.) Around the lever of the fume flap, there may be a slotted hole which needs to be closed with a small cover delivered together with the insulation system.
  • Page 6 12.) Install the two panels on the front next 13.) The panel for the bottom part of the front is hoocked in between the left and the right panel. 14.) You may open the door of the lower combustion chamber to make it easier to install this panel.
  • Page 7 15.) On top of this panel there is a stainless steel corner, which is pushed completely to the stoves body before closing the 2 screws which hold it in place. 16.) Close the door to see if everything is installed properly. 17.) The top part of the front is mounted in the same way, just hook it in and it´s finished.
  • Page 8 18.) On the right side you can now mount the long strait panel which holds the two pins for the side cover. 19.) As soon as the rear panel is mounted, all 4 sides of the stove are covered by the insulation 20.) The top cover consists of two parts, place them on the stove Wallnöfer H.F.

  • Page 11 Optional: Rear panel for the side cover of the fittings WT0098 26.) Should you have opted for the rear panel of the side cover, you need to place it behind the side cover and fix it with a few screws to the rear panel of the quick insulation. Wallnöfer H.F.
