Where to adjust the size of the ice cube
To adjust the ice cube size on the Scotsman MC16 (AC/EC 46, 56, & 86 models), follow these steps:
1. Check the ice cubes after a cycle. Each cube should be clear and solid with a small depression of about 6mm at the base.
2. If the depression is greater than 6mm, turn the evaporator adjustment knob one-eighth turn clockwise. Recheck after the next cycle.
3. If the depression is less than 6mm or the cube is rounded at the base, turn the knob one-eighth turn counterclockwise. Recheck after the next cycle.
