If you experience problems when using the snakebyte python 7500R, please read the
following section on potential error sources carefully before contacting customer service
or your dealer.
1. My python 7500R does not work.
 Check that the driver software has been installed correctly.
 Use an alternate USB port and make sure that the port you are using has an ade-
quate power supply.
 Check that the headset is set as the operating system's default device for playback
and/or recording.
2. The driver software cannot be installed.
 Make sure that your computer account has administrative rights.
 Disable User Account Control.
