    OPERATION Cooking on the Grill The Del Mar Grill is highly efficient. For this reason, it is recommended that you do most of your grilling on the “LOW” setting. The grill will come to temperature very quickly. A common mistake is to use too high of a heat setting. The grill will continue to become hotter as you cook.
