Please confirm your SIM card supports pure 4G network or support 2G/3G also. Please insert SIM card with Talkase powered off. If it is inserted in power on status, Please try to shutdown Talkase and restart it. Q: The charger clip does not work?

Q: Screen can not be lighted up? A: Please charge the Talkase first since Talkase will enter into an auto-protection mode to shutdown while it is not be used for a long time.

Instruction before Use 1.1 Install SIM Card The SIM card slot is on the right side of the back of Talkase, first remove the cover as instructed, then put the SIM card into the slot, close the cover, the installing is done.
1.2 Charging Method Let the four metal contacts of charging slip correspond to the four of Talkase, then press the charging clip to ensure it is tightly attached to the back of Talkase, connect the computer using USB cable or an adapter for charging.
