Air Purging Method ◇ The connected piping between indoor and outdoor units contains air inside. Air-purge is the process to remove this air. Existence of non-condensable gas, such as oxygen or nitrogen gas, inside piping line causes increase of discharge pressure, heating of compressor, degradation of the performance of air conditioner and refrigerant noise, etc.
Page 10
Air Purging Method ◇ Multi-one model is assembled with solenoid valve inside the system. Therefore, for refrigerant purging, the closed solenoid valve must be opened. Follow the instructions below. ▶Connect power line of the indoor unit of standing type A/C to terminal block of outdoor unit. ▶Connect power plug of the indoor unit of standing type A/C to cabinet panel box.
