This feature prevents children from making unauthorized
purchases on the set-top box. Once the Purchase Lock is
enabled, the Parental PIN will be requested every time before
the purchase can be completed.

This feature allows you to replace the default or old PIN of your
set-top box with a new one. The PIN should be kept confidential
as it will enable you secured access to selected services or
features.
Select Change PIN and press the

registered for the R21 PIN at StarHub shops or Customer
Service Centres.
