  • Page 3 Prolonged exposure of the screen to direct sunlight is not recommended, when using the SUMO ST360 outside, face the unit away from the sun to reduce glare. Do not use any other power supply other than the one supplied with the unit.
  • Page 4 NOTE: When the battery pack is charging, the battery LED should blink slowly, should this not be the case then the batteries may have been drained completely. To remedy this, try plugging / unplugging the power to the SUMO St360 a few times to activate the charging process.
  • Page 5 The SUMO ST360 should be able to detect all 802.11x access points for user selection and connection. SSID and WEP parameters on the SUMO ST360 and the access point have to match. SSID is case sensitive and it is recommended that WEP is enabled for secure access.
  • Page 6 NOTE: For Microsoft Windows CE the Button Agent is located in the Control Panel. Biometric Fingerprint Reader This feature gives a fast and secure method to manage your SUMO ST360. The sensor application serves as a security and protection control panel. Your SUMO ST360 may come with an application that facilitates the use of this reader.
  • Page 7 Ethernet connections, USB ports and a charging station. The cradle will charge any battery attached to the SUMO ST360 whilst it is in the dock. For the charging, Ethernet and USB functions to work, the cradle must be powered with the AC/DC adapter.
