    Battery Hints For optimal battery life and capacity, use the rechargeable NiCad battery pack (Tektronix p/n 119-4488-00) in full charge/discharge cycles. In other words, fully discharge the battery pack before re- charging, and then charge the battery pack until fully charged, approximately 16 hours.
