LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO
Este aparato no necesita particulares operaciones de mantenimiento, es
suficiente una limpieza corriente.
Desconectar el enchufe de la toma de corriente antes de limpiar el aparato
y esperar que se haya enfriado suficientemente.
NO SUMERGIR NUNCA EL APARATO EN AGUA.
A causa de las impurezas contenidas en el agua se puede verificar,
después de un largo período de funcionamiento una disminución en la
emisión de vapor.
En este caso, desconectar el enchufe del tomacorriente, sacar la caldera y
sumergirla, por un período de aproximadamente ocho horas en su parte
inferior y por una profundidad de 8 cm., en una solución de agua y vinagre
o anticaliza (Fig. 5).
Las incrustaciones presentes en los electrodos se disolverán permitiendo al
humidificador un normal funcionamiento.
Enjuagar con agua corriente los electrodos y secar eventuales gotas de
agua presentes en la caldera o en el conector.
Secar cuidadosamente el aparato antes de volverlo a colocar en su lugar.

INSTRUCCIONES DE USO
El humidificador está dotado de un especial sistema de seguridad mediante el
cual no es posible separar la caldera del tanque de agua siendo el cable de
alimentación conectado en el aparato.

girarla en sentido antihorario y levantarla.
Verter agua corriente en el recipiente hasta que aparezca la marca de
distinto color indicada en el flotador.
No agregar sal o cualquier otra substancia en el recipiente porque
podría causar graves daños al aparato y problemas de seguridad.

Girarla en sentido horario hasta que se pare, luego conectar el cable de
alimentación en el humidificador.
Antes de conectar el cable de alimentación, asegurarse de que el aparato
no se haya mojado en la fase de llenado. En este caso, secarlo
cuidadosamente.

correspondiente cubeta colocada al rededor del orificio de salida del
vapor antes de conectar el cable de alimentación con el tomacorriente.
Para hacer funcionar el aparato conectar el cable de alimentación con el
tomacorriente; la vaporización comenzará después de unos minutos.

La vaporización se interrumpe cuando el nivel del agua en el depósito
desciende por debajo del nivel de los electrodos; esto no determina algún
daño al aparato ni tampoco consumo de corriente.
Una cantidad residual de agua que contiene todas las impurezas se
depositará en el fondo del tanque, facilitando de esta manera las
operaciones de limpieza.
Cada vez que se utilice el aparato, cambiar completamente el agua y enjuagar
el tanque. Si no se efectúa dicha operación, se provocará un aumento de la
conductibilidad del agua con las siguientes consecuencias: vaporización con
ruido fastidioso y desgaste rápido de los electrodos.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The humidifier is provided with a special safety system which prevents the
boiler from being separated from the water reservoir when the power supply
cable is plugged into the appliance.
Fig. 1 In order to separate the boiler from the reservoir, first disconnect the
power supply cable (1) and then twist the boiler counter-clockwise (2)
and lift it off (3).
For tap water into the reservoir until the coloured mark on the float
appears.
Do not add salt or any other substances into the reservoir to avoid
damaging the appliance and causing safety problems.

Twist it clockwise as far as it will go (2).
Now plug the power cable into the humidifier (3).
It is necessary to await 5/10 minutes before the appliance gets the
maximum intensity of vaporization.

If you want to use scented oil, you must pour it into the small recess
around the steam outlet hole (fig. 3) before plugging the power supply
cable into the appliance.
In order to start up the appliance, plug the power supply cable into the
wall socket. It will take a few minutes before it starts emitting steam.

If the water level drops below the level of the electrodes, steaming
stops. This does not damage the appliance and does not consume
power.
A residual amount of water with all the impurities will remain at the
bottom of the reservoir. It will serve to make cleaning easier.
When using again the humidifier after a pause, first empty it and rinse it out
well before pouring in fresh tap water. If you don't, the water's conductivity is
increased and this makes the appliance becomes noisy and the electrodes
wear out more rapidly.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

This appliance does not require any other maintenance than regular
cleaning.
Disconnect the appliance and wait for it to cool down before cleaning it.
Never immerse the appliance in water.
Owing to the impurities contained in the water, the amount of steam
which the appliance releases may diminish after using it for a long time.
In this case, disconnect the appliance, remove the boiler and leave it for
about eight hours with its lower part in 8 cm of a solution made up of
water and vinegar or a scale remover (Fig. 5).
The scales on the electrodes will come off and the humidifier will start to
run again regularly.
Rinse the electrodes with tap water and dry off any water in the boiler or
in the connector.
Dry the appliance carefully before storing it away.
AVERTISSEMENTS
Dans le cas de défaut ou de mauvais fonctionnement, débranchez
immédiatement l'appareil qui risque d'être endommagé davantage, et
adressez-vous au Service Après-Vente autorisé.
Si vous décidez de ne pas utiliser l'appareil, il est nécessaire de le rendre
inopérant en coupant le câble d'alimentation après l'avoir débranché.
Il est conseillé de dérouler complètement le câble d'alimentation afin d'éviter
tout surchauffage.
Si le câble d'alimentation est endommagé, adressez-vous aux Services

Pour ne pas endommager l'appareil, ne verser aucune substance en dehors

de l'eau dans le réservoir (ex. sel). Au cas où celà se vérifie, rincer avec de
l'eau normale du robinet.
Toutes les essences de parfum doivent être versées uniquement dans la
cuvette.
Ne l'utilisez pas en courant continu.

El uso de cualquier aparato eléctrico requiere el respeto de algunas reglas fundamentales,

- No tocar el aparato con las manos mojadas o húmedas.
- Este aparato no debe ser utilizado por personas (niños inclusive) con capacidades
físicas, sensoriales y mentales reducidas o sin la experiencia o el conocimiento

una persona responsable de su seguridad. Los niños deben ser vigilados para que
