FIRST INSTALLATION The system core is the mini-pc with Android OS. It has many I/O ports: 3 x USB, HDMI, one audio di- gital OPTICAL output and a Gigabit ETHERNET connector. Fig. 2 The first installation step is plug QS-RETAILBOX to your monitor with HDMI cable and plug-in the power sup- ply. -

CONFIGURATION Q-Retail 3 configuration is very simple by the Q-Discovery tool. Q-Discovery is included with one CD in the package or you can download from web here: http://www.visel.it/support.php After the installation on a PC connected under the same subnet mask of Q-Retail LAN, run it through the link on your Desktop. - Page 6 In the case of the automatic search does not produce results, you can search for a product via its IP address by clicking the “Find by IP ...”: a secondary window will ask you to enter a network address (Fig. 4) Fig.

TROUBLESHOOTING There were no particular problems related to this product. Below we provide the quick answers to some situations that do not allow proper operation. Why after searching devices, including via IP, the product is not detected? We found problems with some routers / modems provided by Telecom which do not allow the passage of information on some of the ports used by our products.
