    1 sUMMary DT-16/DT-18 is a portable notebook autoranging digital multimeter (DT-16 is 3 1/2 and DT-18 is 3 3/4). It is a full - featured, stable performance, high precision, low power consumption and novel structure, safe and reliable multimeter, and it can be used to measure AC/DC voltage, frequency, duty cycle, resistance, ca pacitance, diode forward voltage drop and on-off test.
